8th Annual Cranberry Harvest Celebration
The 8th Annual Cranberry Harvest Celebration, hosted by the A.D. Makepeace Company and the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers’ Association is scheduled for October 8 & 9, 2011, from
10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. each day, rain or shine.
- Admission: $5, Seniors $3, age 6 and under free
- Free Parking
(parking and transportation for guests with special needs is available, as well as bus and RV parking)
- No pets, please

This fun family event features activities for children, animal shows, cooking demonstrations, food vendors, juried crafters, musical performances, pony and wagon rides, and much more.
New this year - most children's activities are FREE! Pumpkin painting and other craft activities offered by local non-profits have a nominal fee, Learn all about the harvest and history from experienced growers and see all phases of the harvest, at no additional cost. Portions of the fees go to local non-profit organizations that help staff the event.
Please allow ample time to stroll through the events and activities located throughout the grounds.
Last bus to see the cranberry harvest leaves at 3:30 P.M.

Directions
From the Cape or Points North
Take Route 25 (from Cape Cod) or Interstate 495 (from points north) to Interstate 195 West. Take Interstate 195 West to Route 28. At the top of the ramp turn left onto Route 28 South. Continue on Route 28 South for about a mile. Take the first left after the lights onto Tihonet Road. Follow Tihonet Road to the white-fenced bridge and the entrance to the A.D. Makepeace Company on the right.
From the South Shore
From Route 3, take Route 44 to Route 495 South then follow the directions above.
From the West
Take I-195 East to Exit 21 in Wareham. Turn right onto Route 28 South. Continue on Route 28 South for about a mile. Take the first left after the lights onto Tihonet Road. Follow Tihonet Road to the white-fenced bridge and the entrance to the A.D. Makepeace Company on the right.
